What we look for
- A bias toward auditable, fail-closed engineering — systems you can defend to oversight.
- Comfort in high-stakes, records-of-record environments where correctness matters more than speed.
- An active or attainable federal clearance is a strong plus (Secret+); U.S. citizenship required for federal work.
- Veterans and military spouses are especially encouraged — mission focus is in our DNA.
